Сдается дом на поляне в окружении нетронутого леса. 170 км от мкад по Новорижскому или Минскому шоссе

Свой проточный зарыбленный водоем 3 га, пляж, лодка и катамаран. Настоящая русская баня, беседка, 2 мангала. Заборов нет, соседей нет. Ближайшая деревня в 6 км и дороги до неё нет. 300 га леса вокруг в аренде. Своя подьездная дорога (3 км) закрыта шлагбаумом.

В доме 4 спальни с двуспальными кроватями и гостиная с русской печкой-лежанкой и большим столом. Спутниковое tv, wi-fi и усилитель связи (мтс, мегафон). Санузел в доме. Разместится 10-12 человек. Посуда, постельное бельё, полотенца, беседка с летней кухней, 2 мангала (один на берегу) и дрова включены в стоимость.

Стоимость указана до четырёх гостей (дети до 12лет бесплатно). Свыше 4гостей +1100 руб с человека в сутки. Заезд от 2 суток в выходные.

Отдельно оплачиваются: баня на дровах - 5000 руб за вечер и рыбалка 2000 руб в сутки с рыбака ( дети и женщины бесплатно) без ограничения вылова (12 видов рыб, в том числе карп и осетр). Вокруг много ягод и грибов. В 4 км яузское водохранилище. Есть своя лодка и мотор. Можем организовать рыбалку там. Свой мед.
