Двухэтажный дом с удобствами. Беседка качели мангальная зона кухня отдельно 4 мин. Пешком до водохранилища. Меньше минуты на машине. Прекрасные песчаные пляжи с шикарными пирсами. Теплая вода. Креветки. Практически все виды рыб. Прекрасное место для отдыха. Рядом магазины. Ходят автобусы.

Advantages:

Достоинства- только близость водохранилища и что хозяин был на связи.

Disadvantages:

Дом не приспособлен для проживания в период отключения электроэнергии. Всё на электричестве, а электричество отключили на весь срок пребывания. Жили, как в пещерное время. Туалет не работал (уличного не было), воды не было (покупали для питья, на мытье брали из водохранилища), даже вёдер нет, готовили на костре- кошмар для меня с детьми был. Такие условия нельзя выставлять на рынок услуг. Потратили лишние деньги, так как приходилось покупать готовую еду, воду, дрова. Просто кашмар, а не проживание.
