Advantages:

Удобный выезд на Минское шоссе. Рядом аптеки, супермаркеты. Квартира чистая, всё работает, с водой и электричеством так же всё хорошо. Есть всё необходимое для проживания.

Disadvantages:

Пару незначительных нюансов по укреплению напольных плинтусов. Плохо с парковочными местами во дворе.
